Just got my CPAP and had trouble the first couple nights before getting a new mask Made a huge difference! How much of a difference does CPAP actually make? - For people who successfully sleep using a CPAP machine - Reddit
Got a CPAP, couldn’t acclimate, horrible congestion Gave up after a month or so of trying nightly Fast forward ten years, my wife convinced me to try again Fresh sleep study, AHI of 85, got a new machine (Resmed Airsense 10), took a week or two to acclimate, was successful this time, now I’ll never sleep without it
- Is CPAP worth it? : r SleepApnea - Reddit
Before the cpap, I could wake up and start driving and then feel like I need to pull over and rest, couldn’t keep my eyes opened Used to take naps at work over lunch, not anymore Keep working with it, once you are comfortable you will realize it was worth the effort
