- Milkman amps? - The Gear Page
Hey Guys - Milkman Sound is my amplifier company So glad you found me through Creston! His guitars and my amps are perfect companions I have 2 of his guitars (one still on the way) Anyway, yes, the Milkman 20W 2x10" is THE amp for telecaster It has the feel
- Sold Milkman Sound The Amp 50 watt hybrid combo - The Gear Page
Offered here is my Milkman Sound 50 combo These are very nice amps The reverb and tremolo are some of the best I have heard in an amp The fit and finish is top notch and the Celestion Neo cream back speaker helps keep the weight down without sacrificing sound quality Weighs about 22 lbs, gig and back friendly
- Milkman One Watt Plus - The Gear Page
It has more mids than any Blackface I've had the pleasure of playing, but isn't at all farty in the lows like a Tweed can get when pushed I'm guessing the tone of a Milkman in general is more like Brownface of Blonde Fender, but since I've never played either, my theory is just a guess
- Milkman Half Pint owners - Tell me about it - The Gear Page
The HP head into 2 x 12 is, as you might expect, a bassier, fuller and more 3D sound than the vintage VC with original (albeit reconed) 8'' speaker So for me, comparing the two (half pint versus the vibro champ) is a very apples to oranges scenario The reverb is also quite good on the Milkman
- Vintage Sound 20 vs Milkman Creamer - The Gear Page
Beyond that, it appears the Vintage Sound has a more puritan 60's blackface circuit, while the Milkman has a hybrid that adds a bit of a late 50's tweed tone stack for some earlier break up I saw some really impressive videos for both amps Vintage Sound 20 video: Milkman Creamer 20 video:
- MILKMAN SOUND THE AMP 19 RACK VERSION - VINTAGE KING COLLAB
I have a Deluxe Reverb and it's my ideal guitar sound but for various reasons I can't use it in my recording studio and I love to have it at home to practice with I want something hands on and clean sounding, I don't need it to do a lot of different sounds, just the great clean sound
- NAD: Milkman Sound 20W Creamer | Page 3 | The Gear Page
Recently picked up a PRRI and I am enjoying it so much I realized maybe I would enjoy a more refined, better built Princeton Reverb with enhancements Enter this discussion In reviewing the Louis Princetone, the Milkman Creamer makes an interesting alternative and I already own the Rambler that is going no where
- Milkman F Stop? - The Gear Page
At first, I was tripping out on the sound when both sided are engaged because if you hit a muted string you get a slap back like delay sound So, I reached out to Tim at Milkman, and he said it is because it is wired the same way a traditional Fender amp is He was very patient with me and answered all of ny questions
- Milkman Half Pint vs Swart STR - The Gear Page
I had a Swart STR, and really enjoyed its warm old feeling Great overdrive when cranked and a beautiful reverb Simple controls and takes pedals well Swart has a vibe about it and their price is quite a bit less than Milkman Swart also has a reverb tremolo model… it had a bit less gain than the STR, but the tremolo from Swart is also very
- Milkman Amps | Page 3 - The Gear Page
The Half Pint we have is also amazing It's hard to believe it's just 5 watts It's a huge room filling sound at 5 watts The Creamer smokes just about any amplifier we'v had in stock including much higher priced amplifiers A least for my taste I like a Fender-ish tone the Milkman Sound amps are also very touch sensitive
