Calling the help desk is pointless Like everyone else, I've been told a request is being put in to have my login reset so I can use a different device, and to wait 48 hrs, and still it doesn't work I've asked for this twice in the last 2 months and nothing is being resolved I can only access liteblue from the computer at work

LiteBlue login issues are common now Search reddit for these Q A posts Last year, a bunch of postal baby-boomers tried to login to LiteBlue via a hacker's website that looked similar to LiteBlue Boomers ruined it for the rest of us, by giving away their logins and passwords, and compromizing USPS HR Payroll systems

I think everyone is having different issues and luck getting on liteblue Once you set up the MFA on your device for the first time, you're only allowed to use that device according to HR I set up my MFA for the 1st time at the computer at my station I can't login on u own computer at home or my phone But I can use any computer at work

Sorry to hear that I think there's a serious glitch with this system It seems that even though HR is telling us we can set up MFA with any device, I truly believe that access to liteblue is really only working correctly from a postal computer, since those devices have the security to be recognized as postal websites and devices
