Full disclosure I know nothing about aggressive growth funds, however i just googled that and saw an article by Morningstar titled "Three Great Aggressive Growth Funds" So I read over that article and then compared the results of those 3 with the S P 500

The person saying if it's in your 401k you're fine, is absolutely right Just to explain further, the reason you're fine is that there is going to be an aggregate limit across all employees at your company (and quite possibly more, like a network of companies)
