Re: GPUpdate Force Fails to Apply Thanks for replying I had to re-image the machine because no one responded in time But, I did run GPRESULT per the gpupdate force instructions and the only red X I saw was that it could not connect to the network, but I was plugged in directly and could access network drives and RDP into servers

Re: GPO not updating using group policy management perhaps Im doing it wrong then Using just the gpedit msc the GPO took effect but had to logoff user gpupdate force didnt work, but this included the administrator and the managers user account In the gpmc under 'Group Policy Objects' I have a new GPO called 'Terminal Users'

Well, about 3 hours after the Gpupdate was run, the Alert stopped popping up Even though the CertPrincipalName was null originally, and the alert was happening, setting back to null, running a GPupdate force, and then waiting for time to propagate it has cleared the alert
