Are you saying that PST Enterprise uses Outlook that is configured to use cached mode? This has happened to me on Outlook 2010, Exchange Server, Win 7 I created a meeting that had one location (a valid conference room) that, somewhere upon sending receiving updating the calendar, was replaced with "location" field contents we use for contact information in a different calendar I haven't had that calendar open for weeks

If all of no avail, try to turn your Outlook Work Offline, create a new profile, define the Send Receive groups to Download headers only Turn Outlook work online, see if these new messages would be visible
