To speak to a customer service rep at FedEx, do the following: Call 1-800-463-3339 At the first prompt, say "Give me options" At the second prompt, say "More options" At the third prompt, say "Even more options" At the fourth prompt, say "It's something else" At the next prompt, do not say anything or enter your tracking number Just wait and you'll be transferred to a customer service rep
