Dillards – 38 miles Costco - Charleston, SC – 60 miles We drove to Bluffton on the way back and visited the Church of the Cross It is a beautiful church We walked to the rivers edge and out on a pier This is a very pretty area The drive back out was on Calhoun Street where there are a lot of artsy type shops

Saks, Neiman Marcus, and Barney's are high end Nordstrom, and perhaps Von Maur and Lord Taylor, are upper-middle end

I would think the Younkers building is already large enough to house a Dillard's, but apparently not It's interesting they just approved an expansion of 32,000 with no apparent tenant signed on

Dillard's just bought the 100,000 square feet former Younkers It's right next to the Dillard's store that has 150,000 square feet Will be interesting to see what they do next I worked at that Younkers store for a time in college and it was weird how you could just open a door and right out of Younkers and into Dillards At the time the

The podcasts for Grow Omaha are usually available on line the following Tuesday This is the Oakview Discussion thread, but I will share with you a tidbit or 2 Sadler mentioned about Westroads- we know from the entire Cheesecake Factory lawsuit debacle back in 2006, the old Younkers building at Westroads is owned by a developer who lives in Lincoln

Maybe a better idea for Westroads would be to have the second floor be a mezzanine level like most malls What I mean by that is have 2 separate sections of the floor with large gaps down the middle allowing shoppers to see the lower
