Cook times are currently 45 seconds for regular meat, and 90 seconds for quarter pound meat It's a 5 minute hold time, and since you can only fit 8 patties per press with regular meat, usually busy stores do 1 to 2 full presses per tray and it's gone way before 5 minute hold timer is up
