I think everyone is different and what works for some may or may not work for others I bet I tried 20 different NSAIDS before the anti-TNFs came out, and the only thing that every helped me was Indocin and only at 200 mg day I do think Voltaren Gel does some good, in my neck and back

Anyway, he prescribed Voltaren gel for the IT band problem He's been having some success with this approach For those of you who have taken Voltaren as a tablet, they have recently started making this gel for topical application I'll keep you posted on how it works for me I have to go back in six weeks so he can keep tabs on my progress

Just an update My doctor and posters (Thanks Jen) were helpful with the decision to stop using Voltaren so I have been just using Aleve probably 440 mg per day I do not use it every day probably every 3rd day before by Remicade treatment which is on the 8th of September For about 2 week
