The Vibe's headlight housing rubber boot is about 1cm deep and fits perfectly over the barrel of the halogen bulb The assembly I used only had about 2mm of space on the barrel, which required folding and flexing the rubber boot to make it fit Fortunately the rubber boot is very flexible (at least in the summer)

Re: 2010 Key fob by canadave » Mon May 11, 2015 2:29 pm I'm not happy with the huge key for my 2009 Vibe--it hangs down and scratches my knee when I'm driving my other 1st gen Vibe Is there any way to take the keyless entry fob for the 1st gen Vibe and make it lock unlock the 2009 Vibe too, and use a smaller key of some sort for the 2009?

In August 04 you said you just picked up an 05 vibe, is it still under warranty?I would expect to see a battery voltage of about 12 - 12 5 V when not running, and somewhere up around 14 - 14 5 when it is running
