For house dance type stuff, I actually think Tracklib is quite good In some ways, you can get away with a lower quality recording or a less good song for a dance track Lots of musicians chop the sample into oblivion, split stems, repitch reharm bits, etc, and the sample can often serve as just one small element in a larger arrangement
