I felt that the options relating to an earlier or later marriage of B were unlikely - surely they'd have been son-in-law and daughter-in-law rather than brother-in-law and sister-in-law? What date was this? The more recent it was, the more likely the terms are to have their modern meaning (probably ) Arthur 1851census

Hi everyone, just a quick one My great-grandfather doesn't have a father on his marriage certificate and I can't seem to find him anywhere on the birth indexes Does anyone have any ideas how I'm going to find out anything, we don't even know his mothers name Apologies if I'm asking in the wrong section
