I really don't think you could say a cj5 is not as much fun, personally, my cj has been more fun offroad than the other 4x's ive had I can see how you would miss power brakes and steering, I got lucky, my cj came with those and tilt! I swapped in a cj T-18, it has made a huge difference in the cj's ability
