Nobara is a derivative distro based on Fedora It has the optimizations done by GloriousEggroll and it maintains even its own repositories I have not tried it, but because of GE my guess is this one is the most optimized for games afaik it is not using an immutable filesystem, so it is able to break You rely on a very small team of maintainers, so I don't consider this distro future proof

Pretty sure nobara is just like 100 custom-built packages (kernel, mesa, vulkan, nvidia driver etc) either to add performance flags or to support patches not yet merged in upstream projects, that are added from a copr on top of vanilla Fedora along with some some config tweaks
