Put a shortcut to joytokey in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and right click the shortcut and set it to minimized if you want joytokey to launch on start-up
- Is joytokey safe and reliable? If not what do you recommend?
I'm looking for a keyboard and mouse emulator for PC gaming I thought about joytokey but when I downloaded it, my pc suggested I don't install it so that made me nervous If anyone has used it please let me know If you recommend something else please recommend I just want to use my keypad with my controller (yes I do mean at the same time)

Download and install JoyToKey Connect the controller to the computer via bluetooth, mine registers as Fortune Tech Wireless Toggle controller to GAME Mode on the side Open JoyToKey Click on Profile1, go to options and make sure it says 1 joystick detected Click on the Joystick 1 tab and right-click on which button you want to update

If using the JoyToKey profile from here, scroll down until you see the purple image of the control panel There you'll see how all the buttons have been mapped for the control panel for inserting credits, etc Should work fine for you (I was playing earlier today using this profile)

It had several "background processes" opened After quitting joytokey, they didn't go away, so I pressed "end task" on them Now Joytokey wouldn't open, the icon would appear in the taskbar, but that was it Re-installed it, same issue Made sure joytokey wasn't open anywhere on task manager, but still my computer refused to sleep afterwards

I’m 10 days late to the JoyToKey PBFX3 discussion but I followed this video and it worked perfectly The only thing is if I didn’t play PBFX3 for awhile, it would stop working for some reason so now I keep JTK running in the background

I got my Gladiator NXT joystick to work with JoyToKey when flying airplanes, but whatever reason it doesn’t like helicopters X-axis inverts so push left and I go right flying helicopters Work in progress 🤷🏻♂️🤣
