As the title, im a bit curious about in which order you would have done the exercises in a routine like this Im in a bit of dilemma if i should do the 2 biggest compund movements first even if they dont target the same muscle or if i should simply do all chest quad exercises first and then move on to the other as im used to

Has anyone here experienced "Golfers Elbow" otherwise known as medial epicondylitis? I recently started feeling pain at the elbow joint on the back side of my elbow when doing certain triceps exercises Mainly when I am doing cable triceps pull downs I dont have any pain at all when doing triceps kick backs with dumb bells though

Hi Done my rotator cuff in about 4 5 weeks ago now, had a break and went back to the gym last week, done a bit of a very light full body to ease me in and now Im going to get back in there properly starting this week I was just wondering whether there's any exercises, compound or otherwise, which I should hold back on untill Im fully confident
