FedLoan transfered your loans to Aidvantage since they got out of the Student Loan game at the end of last year Late January is when people who had accounts with FedLoan were finally able to access their Advantage accounts I had to request my refund again from Aidvantage as my request with FedLoan didn't transfer with my account

From what I've seen with prior Aidvantage online payments, if you paid online on one day, the payment should show as applied sometime in the night evening of the first business day after the payment date

Anyone having trouble logging into aidvantage? I feel like Im in the twilight zone right now I have aidvantage and ever since payments restarted I cant log into my account at all I had access all the way up until my SAVE plan was approved

I successfully used: Aidvantage - Federal Student Aid Loan Servicing P O Box 300001 Greenville, TX 75403-3001 I mailed it on Aug 4th via certified mail Received a letter on Aug 21 saying they received and processed it and please review If I don't contact them to report errors the loans will be consolidated in 10 business days
