Thoughts - sink tip for floating line | Washington Fly Fishing Forum Airflo (and probably others) makes sinking polyleaders for trout in various lengths and sink rates I cast a 10' super fast sink polyleader and conehead zuddlers or zoo cougars with no trouble on a 5wt 9' rod with a Rio Gold floating line The other option is to get a new, multi-tip line I like the Rio Versi-tip (which I have for my 8wt) and like it fine There's a long, recent thread here

Recommendations for small creek floating fly line Looking for some fly line recommendations for an 8ft 3wt hardy zephrus for small creek applications with the occasional use in a small pond for sunfish bream Currently running the SA Amplitude Trout taper which works great in more open areas but I find it difficult to load the rod in tight
