- how do i know WHICH programs to dis-able in Start-up
i know how to get to my startup, but i have NO idea which programs to DIS-ABLE no-one seems to know, its scarey to disable things then maybe not even get on line, because it was the wrong one

Hi Karen, I have read through the detailed description and found another thread you posted in our forum I understand you have enabled the previewers and you can open pdf or jpeg files without any issue Also, as the corresponding Word Excel files can be opened in OWA which indicates the attachments themselves are fine, and the issue occurs to Gmail and AOL accounts, this should be an Outlook
