Hi guys, anyone having issues with rackspace email? A couple of customers are now complaining they are having accounts disabled for sending spam, I can vouch that they are not sending spam So in case of compromised account we reset passwords, cleaned computers etc, still intermittent disabling of account for spamming Also when i login and send manually via telnet I get booted for sending

Hello, You are correct that Rackspace now owns Webmail us, and while the companies' mail services do in fact run on the same infrastructure, the accounts are separate If you purchase service from Rackspace, you will be a customer of Rackspace
