Once you have Medal installed, with default settings The moment you launch your game while Medal is on, it will detect your game and you can record the last 30 seconds in-game when pressing the hotkey which is F8 by default

so today i downloaded medal for the first time and it sounded like a great alternative to using the xbox game bar to clip which is very un reliable at times the game i am currently playing is battlefield 1 and before i installed medal i would get a solid 200 fps at all times but with medal running in the backround it drops to around 100-140 and even 60 fps at times while this is frustrating
